a.Explanation of Service

You may receive reminders from Signature Chauffeurs Alerts which are SMS messages to notify you about reservations you book with Signature Chauffeurs. You may receive alerts on pre-reservation reminders, and notifications that your chauffeur is on route to pick you up and that your chauffeur is at the requested pick-up location.

b. Acceptance of terms

Using the Service provided by Signature Chauffeurs, you have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as the terms and conditions that are applicable to Signature chauffeured transportation services. You can choose to use Signature Chauffeurs’ services without subscribing to Signature Chauffeurs Alerts. 

If you are not in acceptance of Signature Chauffeurs’ conditions please cease using the service and contact us

Terms and Conditions

a. How to sign up

a1. Subscribing to the Service

Any Signature Chauffeurs passenger profile with a valid mobile telephone number attached will be automatically enrolled upon set-up, unless otherwise instructed by the enroller. Any SMS notifications sent by Signature Chauffeurs are for the sole purpose of providing you with important information about the Service (as described above) and are provided in compliance with all of the pertinent rules and regulations pursuant to the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 and the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. 

To subscribe, you can navigate to the account settings page of your passenger profile. You will then need to provide your mobile number. An important note to keep in mind is that only one mobile number may be enrolled per passenger profile. 

Once this is done you will have the option to select which text message alerts you wish to receive as part of the service 

a2. Opt-In

Use of any Signature Chauffeurs International service authorizes Signature Chauffeurs to send Signature Chauffeurs Alerts via SMS directly to your mobile device or cellular telephone, unless you choose to opt-out.

b. STOP – How to end your Subscription

At any time you would like to stop receiving Signature Chauffeurs alerts you can opt-out by replying to any SMS text you receive with the word STOP.

c. STOP – How to Opt-Out or End Subscription

You can also opt-out by visiting the account settings options of your passenger profile, accessible at www.signaturechaffeurs.com.au and changing your notification preferences. 

Once you have done this you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive and Signature Chauffeurs alert messages.

d. HELP – How to get Support

To get help, call our toll free number at 1300 274 258. You can request our contact information from your mobile phone at any time by texting the word HELP to the number that sent you the original SMS message.

e. Pricing

Signature Chauffeurs Alerts are complimentary depending on you text plan, which means you may be charged by your carrier. Message and Data Rates may apply.  

By engaging in the Service you certify that you are over the age of 18 and either: (a) you are the mobile account holder, or (b) you have the mobile account holder’s permission to do so.
